Contributors of accepted articles must attend our conference online. They must be ready for 15 minutes live presentation and 5 minutes of questions and answers. The presence of presenters at the time of presentation of their article is mandatory.
The deadline for submitting all content is January 30, 2022.
What information should I send?
15 minutes of a film that provides an in-depth description of the work (slides with narration and optional video of the presenter).
Provide pure slides in pdf format.
Final word/latex format file of the paper according to the I4C template files.
File submission format
Videos must be in MP4 format.
The resolution should be 720p or higher. The aspect ratio should be 16:9.
Subtitles in the movie are optional (if available, they should be accurate and legible and included in the mp4 file and not separate).
Pure slides should be in pdf format.
The paper should be in docx format.
How do I provide these files?
Screen capture tools: There are different types of screen capture (free / paid) for different operating systems such as Mac and Windows. Use these tools to make a video of your presentation and send it to us. May you could use the Camtasia application for make the movie (download from here)
